Our home has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, 4th bedroom it's an open office/ Play room with a Queen sofa-bed. Plenty of windows to enjoy the sunshine state. We have a spacious living room with a large smart tv.

Summary: Everything was as described in their description. As has been said, note that the room with the Futon is truly and open office. There is no doorway or door to close. We used this for kids to sleep in at night and had no issues.

Summary: The home is very comfortable. The beds in the guest bedrooms are low to the ground which could be difficult for older guests but were not a problem for my family. The patio area in the back is nice for relaxing and watching the squirrels in the big live oaks. Anything you need for the kitchen is there. Loved being able to use the garage for our cars.
